Jeans: Shipped at your given shipping address within 4-7 business days after order placement

Jeans, Chinos, T-Shirts: Flat Shipping $9

Some countries outside USA require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and customers are liable to pay any duties, taxes incurred.
REMAKES & ALTERATIONS - DRESS SHIRTS
In the event that your shirt has not met the criterion provided or the level of satisfaction guaranteed, our customer care team will happily accept returned shirts for remakes. Once we have accommodated your specified list of changes and amendments, the order will be delivered back to your doorstep. The process is swift, void of delay and led by a team of representatives who truly care.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
• We accept any unworn, unwashed products within 30 Days of purchase for a refund (Non Custom Products) or a remake
- Shipping cost is not refunded for delivered orders
• For all returns/refunds, a $9 processing fee is which is deducted from the order amount to be refunded
• In order to request an alteration, remake or return, you must contact our customer care expert at [email protected]
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on their own expense to our address.
• Exchanges, and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
• Refund requests (Non Custom Products) will be processed within 2-10 business days after receiving the return products. *Shipping charges will be deducted from Refund amount.
- Refunds can take 2-10 business days to be credited back
• Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.

THESE STEPS WILL BE FOLLOWED IN CASE OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the amount will be transferred to your given bank account details, within a certain amount of days.
2. Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, are packed properly.
3. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense.
