You can check order status by logging in to your profile. Once the order is shipped, you will receive shipment updates regarding delivery.
If I order today, when will I get my shirt?
Shirts are shipped within 10-15 business days after order placement.

Within 3-8 business days after order placement.

What is your return/remake policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn and unwashed items. In order to request a return or remake, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]
What if I don’t like the fit of the custom shirt I order?
We promise free alterations and remakes till the time your shirt fits you perfectly. Your final sizes are then saved online for future orders.
What if I don’t like the Jeans, T-shirts i ordered?
We have a free exchange/return policy within 30 days of purchase. Products have to unused and with all tags, labels intact.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like my shirt?
You can definitely claim a refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of a Brisk shirt, that’s hardly ever a case.

The color I ordered is slightly different from the one I received. Do I have the wrong shirt?
The tone and saturation of colors can vary according to the quality of the screen you’re viewing it on. Please keep a margin for slight variations.
